1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk5555 ("pk5555", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pk5555 website located at pk5555.cam and all associated services, features and content ("Platform").

pk5555 is an English-language online betting and gaming information platform targeting users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real money funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or bonus amounts credited to your account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the Platform and applicable regulations before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, including where local law specifically restricts such activity.
• "Rollover / Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino and informational services made available via the Platform.
• "Session" means a single continuous period of use of the Platform from login to logout.
• "Void Bet" means a wager that is declared invalid and returned to the player's balance without settlement.
• "Wagering" means the act of placing a real-money bet or wager on any game, event or market offered through the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To register an account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are a natural person aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction.
2. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Platform.
3. You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from the Platform or any affiliated operator platform.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
5. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You have not been declared legally incapable of managing financial affairs by a court of competent jurisdiction.
7. Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable national, provincial or local law or regulation.

Residents and nationals of Pakistan are subject to the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable provincial or federal legislation. pk5555 does not make any representation as to whether your participation is lawful under Pakistani law. You must determine this for yourself, and participation is entirely at your own legal risk.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

To access the Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete and current information as prompted during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Only one Account per natural person is permitted. Creating duplicate, additional or linked accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds or bonuses within those accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pk5555 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials. You should notify pk5555 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

pk5555 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (such as a CNIC), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to the Platform's satisfaction.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any non-human method to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, collusion, arbitrage abuse or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform's pricing.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained or third-party payment instruments to fund your Account.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or otherwise misappropriate any part of the Platform's software, content or data.
• Harassing, threatening or intimidating other users or Platform staff.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration or KYC.
• Creating an Account while subject to a self-exclusion order from this Platform or any affiliated operator.

pk5555 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties will be reversed and may trigger an account review. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

Payment methods that may be available for Pakistani users as familiar payment rails include bank transfers (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), mobile wallet options and other methods listed in the cashier. pk5555 does not guarantee that any specific payment method will be available. These payment provider names are cited as context only; they do not endorse gambling or this Platform.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed only after full KYC verification has been completed. The Platform reserves the right to process withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposit. Processing timelines vary by method and operator review status. pk5555 does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing speed.

Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. The Platform may request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

6.3 Currency

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) accounts are available, amounts are displayed and transacted in PKR. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at the operator's prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions and offers made available on pk5555 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual offer, in addition to the general Terms set out in this document. In the event of any conflict between individual offer terms and these general Terms, the individual offer terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering or rollover requirement before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each offer is stated in the relevant offer terms. For illustration purposes only, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× rollover requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

7.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While a bonus is active in your account, a maximum single bet limit applies (as stated in the individual offer terms). Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while table games, live casino and other game categories may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the offer's full terms. Players should review game contribution schedules before selecting games to meet rollover requirements.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of activation (as stated in individual offer terms). Upon expiry, any uncompleted wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be removed from your account.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

pk5555 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Multi-accounting, coordinated exploitation, use of excluded player identities and other abuse patterns will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances and any winnings derived from them.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slots and other wagering activity on pk5555 is governed by game-specific and sport-specific rules published within the Platform alongside the relevant market or game.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pk5555 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from technical errors.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to real-time odds changes. A bet is not confirmed until an explicit confirmation is returned by the system.
• Void Bets return the staked amount to the player's balance and do not count toward bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the result as declared by the relevant official governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) shall be final.
• The Platform reserves the right to limit, restrict or suspend betting on any event, market or game at its discretion, including imposing maximum stake limits on individual accounts.

All cricket betting references on pk5555, including PSL, T20 and ICC tournament markets, are used as sports context only. pk5555 has no official partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket franchise.

9 Responsible Gambling

pk5555 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. Gambling should be entertainment — not a means of financial gain or a response to personal difficulty. The Platform provides the following player protection tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Pause play automatically when your losses in a defined period reach the amount you pre-set.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic logouts after a defined period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your account if gambling is causing you concern.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk5555 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of pk5555 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, reverse-engineer, sell or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of pk5555.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk5555 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities or goodwill;
• Losses arising from your gambling or wagering activities, including but not limited to losses resulting from the outcomes of sporting events or casino games;
• Losses caused by technical failures, interruptions, errors or system outages beyond the reasonable control of pk5555;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, which is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how pk5555 collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data, and explains your rights in relation to that data.

By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein, including for KYC verification, account management and communications purposes.

13 Account Termination

pk5555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time and without notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity;
• You are found to reside in or access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The operator is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement or court order.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any eligible balance remaining after the resolution of pending wagers will be processed for withdrawal subject to KYC completion and these Terms.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk5555's operating entity holds its licence. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms do not create any claim of regulation, approval, authorisation or endorsement by any Pakistani authority, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that they are subject to Pakistani law and are responsible for determining the legality of their own participation in online gambling. This is not legal advice.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pk5555 reserves the right to revise, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, the Platform will endeavour to provide notice via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure as described in Clause 13.
